Opening an account with Zerodha is a simple and straightforward process. Here are the steps to open an account with Zerodha:
- Visit the Zerodha website.
- Click on the “Open an account” button on the homepage.
- Fill in your personal details, including your name, email address, and phone number.
- Create a login ID and password.
- Upload your PAN card, Aadhaar card, and bank statement.
- Fill in your bank details.
- Sign the account opening form and other documents digitally using Aadhaar-based e-signature.
- Pay the account opening fee of Rs. 200 through an online payment gateway.
- Wait for your account to be activated.
Once your account is activated, you will receive a confirmation email from Zerodha with your login ID and password. You can then log in to your account and start trading.
